This refund policy explains the conditions under which we may offer a refund, how to request a refund, and what responsibilities both The 6thCreation and the client have in such cases. By signing up for any of our services, you agree to all terms mentioned in this policy.

What This Policy Covers

This refund policy applies only to services provided directly by The 6thCreation and websites owned or managed by us. It does not apply to third-party services or websites linked to ours or vendors not controlled by The 6thCreation.

How to File a Complaint?

At The 6thCreation, we take pride in every project and aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are not happy with any part of our work, please contact us before filing a refund claim. We believe in open communication and finding a solution that works for both parties. If we are unable to reach an agreement after discussing the issue, you may then file a refund request.

Eligibility for Refund

We handle every project with care and aim to deliver results as per our agreement. However, if you are not satisfied and choose to go through our dispute resolution process, here is how refund eligibility works based on the service:

Website and Graphic Design

Full refund is available if the project has not been started or if the initial design has not been approved. A full refund request must be made within 180 days from the date of upfront payment

Partial refund may be offered if we fail to deliver the work after the initial design was approved. The amount will depend on how much of the project was completed

No refund will be issued if the project has been completed and uploaded to your server

Logo and Brochure Design

ThFull refund is available if the project has not been started or if the initial design has not been approved

Partial refund may be provided if delivery is delayed or not as agreed after initial approvalt

No refund will be issued if the final work has been completed and delivered

Web Programming

Full refund is available if the project has not been started

Partial refund may be considered if we fail to meet our delivery terms and no agreement about refund was in place. The amount will be decided based on the part of the project completed and the remaining work.

Dedicated Hiring or Offshore Staffing

Full refund is available if the assigned resource has not started work

Proportionate refund may be given based on the amount of work done if the client cancels the service

No refund will be issued for the work that has already been delivered. If you are not satisfied with the service, inform our project manager immediately. We will not accept refund or discount requests at a later stage

Important Note: All other services mentioned on our website refund policy is same as mentioned:

  • Full refund is available if the project has not been started or if the initial design has not been approved.
  • Partial refund may be provided if delivery is delayed or not as agreed after initial approval.
  • No refund will be issued if the final work has been completed and delivered.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds do not apply if payments are pending

Refunds are not valid if we did not receive the required information from the client on time

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by lack of communication or missing project details from the client

We do not offer compensation for delayed delivery unless there is a signed agreement that includes a penalty for delay

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project that is incomplete. We are not responsible for any loss due to delays or services not provided. Refunds are only valid if the project is cancelled by the client in writing

Refund Processing Time

Full refunds will be processed within 50 business days from the date of cancellation

Partial refunds will be processed within 180 business days from the date of cancellation

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment either by check or credit card

Policy Changes

The 6thCreation may update this refund policy at any time without notice. We encourage you to review this policy regularly. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made

How to claim your refund

To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements

We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by The 6thCreation and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by company. Let us also specify that

  • Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies The 6thCreation would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.
